"Buy the Book" combines a love of literature with a fresh look at the compelling personal narrative that is the Gospel of Luke. This literary commentary invites us aboard the "Luke locomotive" as it hurtles down the track toward Pentecost and beyond. Along the way we take a blue look at a white world, paint in Sunday-schooled watercolors, hide in a closet, stumble over a threshold, tug at the wrong sleeve, and discover the place where fidgety five-year-olds find rest and welcome.
