Journee struggles, especially when kids bully her at school. She tries to explain to her mom, but she just doesn’t understand. Instead, Journee escapes her problems through her interest in boxing to pass the time. One day, after noticing someone following her, Journee receives a mysterious letter inviting her to a top-secret underground fighting tournament. But before Journee can decide if going is a good idea, she is transported to the tournament headquarters. After meeting her new coaches, Guy and Cecily, Journee starts training to become the best fighter she can be. After one of her fights leads to an unlikely friend, Journee begins to understand what friendship really means. Now with her new crew, it’s up to Journee to prove to herself she has what it takes to become the toughest fighter the Underground has ever seen.
