From the Inside Out

After spending too many years running from my fears, I was left in position where I had no choice but to confront them. While confronting them, it dawned on me that by sharing my thoughts, feelings and experience I would be able to help someone else if they found themselves in a similar position. From the inside OUT is the realization of years of work. It's a mixture of adventure, poetry, and a self-help guide. The goal is to celebrate the universal nature of life in spite of the individual events which helped shape us.
