Barnyard Counting

Barnyard Counting is a humorous tale told in rhyme. It takes place on a farm where a mama hen wants her little chicks to practice counting. The chicks decide they want to count pigs, and when the pigs decide to practice counting too, they count chickens. The sheep on the farm become highly insulted. After all, sheep are the most commonly counted animal. When the other animals try to make amends by counting the disgruntled sheep, the sheep find out firsthand the reason for the animals' aversion to counting them.
