Jack Johnson, a writer living in Maybase, Florida, is intent on enjoying his marriage to Hannah McCarthy in a few weeks. But, after Hannah is forced to leave before the wedding, Jack is hit by a car and severely injured. Because of his injuries, he becomes a prime candidate for the Robotman project, an illegal operation that transforms Jack Johnson into a monster: half man half robot.
