VSK Jiujitsu Basics

This book was inspired by the awesome founders of VSK Jiujitsu system. It is somewhat of a "How To" and "Reference" book designed to present my personal view and philosophy of the VSK jiujitsu system. I offer the reader over 20 years of martial arts experience and training through an insightful look at the bridge between the warrior and the human spirit as taught to me by Grandmaster Anthony Muhammad. I am confident that everyone who reads this book will be enlightened with a deeper understanding of martial arts training.
