Evil allures, but good endures by Lev Nikolayevich Tolstoy.
In the old days there lived a kind and friendly man. He possesses the wealth of wealth in this world, and there are many slaves who can serve him. The slaves were proud of their masters and said, "There is no better master under the sun than we. He eats us well, dresses well and gives us work that suits our strength. He has no evil, and follows do not speak ill of anyone. He does not treat their slaves worse than cattle like other masters: punish them whether they deserve it or not, and never give them a word of kindness. He wishes us all prosperity and good deeds. It is also kind to us: we do not want to lead a better life.
