
Most Americans live on the STANDARD AMERICAN DIET (SAD) which is a diet heavily loaded with fat, sugar, and salt. Benefits I have seen after changing to a plant-based diet include lower A1C, lower blood pressure, lower inflammation, and a 20lb weight loss.
