SHALOM AND REST

This book is about finding rest for the black women. It deals with the challenges she faces daily in America. It offers a solution to achieve rest and Shalom. This is our new Soft Life Era where we focus on replenishing our health and mental well-beings. This book is a guide to do the things we need to and surrender to God the things that are too overwhelming for us. This also will serve as an update to the rest of the people in the world that this is our season of self preservation.
