<p>Neil, a college sophomore, decides to stay in town for the summer and get a job. He needs a room, and the ad sounds innocent enough, “Widow with large house near campus seeks student boarder. Sex, race, unimportant.”</p> <p>Neil discovers that Eva is no ordinary landlady.
