The Midwife

Shannon, a lass with hair the color of flame and temper to match the heat of the flame was raised a to do the work of her forbearers, a Midwife and herbalist. She is brought a man who is on the brink of death. She manages to bring him back to the world of the living to discover that he cannot remember who he is. She helps him uncover his past and in the process discovers a secret of her own. Ashton, the oldest of triplets, finds that someone is trying to kill him. Could it be one of his own siblings? In uncovering the plot he finds himself in love with Shannon, a predicament he thought to never find himself in.
