The Standard Model Method

An innovative method to decreasing the time and expense associated with process modeling and enterprise architecture. By applying standard templates representing control cycles to different dimensions of a product, the model generates requirements for systems, humans and information. The book is a compilation of whitepapers. The method is presented in the context of graphical modeling, the model itself, an example, its utility in integrating enterprise architectures and formula used for estimating scope and size. The method is a challenge to the paradigm that enterprise architecture development is necessarily slow, expensive and not able to lead solution development. It challenges this by showing how models by virtue of their structure generate "solution requirements" in a consistent and complete fashion not achievable by manual methods or consensus.
