Light Astronomy

This guide to the deep sky analyzes hundreds of celestial objects of the Northern hemisphere that can be observed using modest amateur astronomy equipment such as binoculars and small telescopes. Each constellations is analyzed from three perspectives: stars, deep sky and faint objects. The Star section includes information about the most important stars, binary star systems, variable stars, Cepheid stars, and other types of stars that can be observed in the constellation. The Deep Sky and Faint Objects sections describe Open and Globular star clusters, Nebulas, Galaxies and many other types of deep sky objects.
