Message in a broken bottle

When we go through difficult things, we tend to learn from them. We do not always talk about them, but we should. I wrote some of my struggles and triumphs down- and decided to make a book out of it. Some things in my life I never should have had to go through, but I still did- and I learned from everything. I want to give others the chance to learn from my mistakes and mishaps before it is too late. Please do not keep things hidden away- because we can all learn from each other, and better things for the next generation.
