Wasteland

When the earth is on the edge of collapsing and all the valleys and fields are canyons of ash and broken-down buildings, a kid named Boe is stuck in a little town inside of a barrier. He is the only one who really wants to see some change in the world and go back to when it was nice. He was not alive back then but he sees pictures of it. Right before going into eighth grade, the least expected happened. Boe was scavenging around an old school and gets injected with a poison. He later finds out that he has this sickness and must take a long journey to find what can cure him before he runs out of time, and if he gets lucky, he can save the world.
