A Sundry Way

Jerry is a middle-aged truck driver with nowhere to go except down every highway; that is, until he encounters an unfortunate problem with his tractor trailer with puts him right back in the town of his youth. There, he must revisit his estranged mother, his problem-child sister, and his unemployed best friend. When he finally leaves, Jerry is thrown into a turbulent relationship with a fiery, unfeeling woman named Chita who uses and abuses Jerry. Becoming absolutely infatuated with her, Jerry forces himself to either give up the job which has directed his life or the woman who has abruptly upset it.
