Through the Fire

On Peaks Island, ME the Morgans own a large construction company. Lately, their projects have become the target of arson. Local fire officers believe teen vandals are to blame but Hayley Morgan suspects they are deliberate and her fault. Hayley brings her family’s case to the fire chief and meets Arson Investigator, Lieutenant Sean Cole. Working together Hayley and Sean immediately learn there is more to the case than arson. Sean finds himself attracted to the blond physician’s assistant. In the beginning he can’t help comparing her to his ex-fiancé. But by the end of an afternoon spent together Sean comes to a few conclusions: Hayley isn’t like his icy ex-fiancé and he could become seriously involved. Could she stand his nightmares and secrets? As the investigation progresses the fires escalate. Soon Hayley is being stalked. Unless there was an arsonist and a stalker… Hayley turned to Sean for comfort and soon they turned to each other for love.
