It's the summer of Fiona's dreams. She's touring Europe with her mom, Terri. Fiona has a secret motive behind her trip- helping her mother get over her recent divorce with with Fiona's father. Together, Fiona and Terri keep a diary- recording their thoughts, feelings, and adventures. The trip is going fine till Terri begins to fall in love. Fiona realizes that she herself isn't over the divorce. She has to do something quick, or else she will lose any chance of being a family again.
