When an anonymous blog appears on a quiet corner of the internet, it attracts little attention. Its author claims to be documenting a career as a serial killer, but refuses to reveal enough detail for anyone to verify a single word. Instead, he writes about planning, discipline and the strange logic by which he believes he can remain invisible. Most readers dismiss it as fantasy. Then, years later, police on the Costa del Sol uncover connections to the mysterious blog, drawing detectives from two countries to a man whose tragic past leaves him uncomfortably close to the unfolding investigation.
