I pushed Justin in the road. Being my little brother was such a hard job for Justin. I was pushing him in his big wheel. We got to the road, Lumpkin Street. A white van was coming. I pushed Justin in front of him, but I pulled him back. Looking like it was about to tilt over forward, the van came to a stop, screeching. Justin & I were horrified, running as hard as we could. I was crying as hard as I could. I jumped on my knees on my bed, scrunched over, wailing. The driver was worried about my distress. I was a scene. I think of my disabled standing. Look at my mom. She looked everywhere. Mom's glasses were on the table. I didn't ask her if she too had a brain injury. I get in trouble for that. Carna is my bygone neighbor. Her daughter, I think, got married after I moved. I saw her get old enough to drive. I helped paint Carna's barn. I also
