Lou Fine (Louis Kenneth Fine 1914-1971) is one of the most sought-after artists of the Golden Age of Comics, though he only spent about six years drawing for the comic book industry. His work on The Ray, Doll Man, The Black Condor and other features are considered by many to be the best work of the day.
