Red RPG

Red is a generic role-playing game system designed to bring your creativity to life across a variety of settings and genres. With mechanics adapted from Wretched, Red is easy to pick up for those already familiar with our games, yet distinct in its approach, breaking free from the anti-heroic roots of its predecessor. Red invites you to explore a broader spectrum of characters—heroes, villains, or somewhere in between. Unlike Wretched, it exists outside the Wretchedverse continuity, leaving the aesthetic and narrative choices in the hands of players and Game Masters to build their unique worlds. The system retains enough compatibility to integrate with existing OSR materials, while simplifying rules for faster, deadlier combat and more versatile character progression.
