This is a story about living on the moon in 2032. While on the moon they witness great natural disasters on earth. Over the next months they have no contact with the planet. The colony has a problem with water. They don’t have enough to survive with the number of people living on the moon.
With support with the earth discontinued, the colonists have to try to make what water they have last. If they don’t survive, they’re not sure there are people on the planet. They make whatever sacrifices they need for the good of the human race. There are hard choices to be made, for some they couldn’t be. But for others as scientist, it was an easy choice. The steps they had to take to preserve the few, along with the human species is the truth of not knowing your future.
