One Year at a Small Church

This is the record of one of my consultations at a small church, what we tried, what worked, what didn't what I would have done next if I had stayed. It's usually hard to read someone's account of what they did to turn around a struggling church. If my situation isn't the same as theirs, will those ideas transfer here? Instead, this is a summary of ideas from a variety of sources, and the results of our honest efforts. I tried it and report to you the results. This book includes an appendix of Fast Start ideas you can do inexpensively, some immediately. And if you don't think it's worth the pittance that you paid, I'll buy it back.
