What is Business Ethics ? A few basic elements on it.

In this book on Business Ethics, I have decided to make a synthesis about what I have learned and know about the Business Ethics. In fact, the Business Ethics is at current a subject of importance not only for the managers of the companies but for everybody who works in an organization and for all citizens because the workplace can be a better place to work. As the management concerns all level of employees of an organization, from « Top to bottom », which means that the management, and regardless of the type management, I mean the management of the quality assurance, the management of human ressources, the management of the manufacturing, or again the management of the sales, concerns all the employees of an organization, from the leaders, to managers, and the workers, which means that the worker can do a management of the quality assurance at its level, for example, in a bakery shop, by supervising the date of the supply of the goods, and the limit date of the consumption of the bread and pastries sold for example.
