The moment that humanity achieves Human Level Artificial Intelligence (aka AGI), in other words when the human race builds a robot that can think and act like a human being at a college level, it is extremely easy to build a super intelligent robot.. within 4-5 years after achieving Human Level AI a super intelligent robot (aka Super AI) is built. Super Ai is not an evolving software program as depicted in Artificial General Intelligence (AGI), which they refer to as a hypothetical software program and yet to be discovered technology. It is a concrete data structure patented in 2007 by Mitchell Kwok that is built on top of Human Level Artificial Intelligence. Basically, Super Ai is a robot that has a built in virtual world that allows said robot to enter and exit the virtual world at any given moment time to do work. This allows the robot to contract time when performing tasks. The intelligence level and the work performed in both worlds are the same but time is controlled in the virtual world: 30 years in the virtual world is equivalent to 1 second in the real world. Another feature is the ability to make digital copies of itself or recruit external robots, structure them in a hierarchical company to do team work in both the real world and the virtual world. Issue summary: the first Super AI called Time Dilator robs a bank and commits murder.
