When a robot speeds up his body and mind to incredible heights the immediate environment freezes and slows down.. The faster it thinks and moves, the slower time appears to the host. And if the robot does reach the limit, which according to physics is the speed of light, then essentially the environment completely freezes, and everything in it are frozen statues. This is most prevalent with organic life forms that use chemical reactions in order to think, for organic brains propagate signals using analog means while positronic brains use digital signals. In order for these space robots to do deep space exploration safely, they have to speed up their mind, body and external machines (like their ship, their machine tools, and even gravity forces). The premise is simple: they want to explore the universe by freezing everything, and allow the opportunity to explore and do information gathering of the cosmos without being detected. There won’t be any hostile alien races that pose a threat to these space robots (as depicted in Star Trek). In fact, all organic life-forms are frozen in a statue like, transitory state and they can’t move nor think, for that matter. However, these space robots might have an enemy: other robots that have superior AI capabilities. The only race they will encounter in deep space that can see or communicate with them are other robots, and these space robot aliens have the ability to speed up their brains and bodies to perform time contractions. It’s the robots that operate at a faster speed that is considered superior. I call this the speed wars whereby robots pursue ever more sophisticated computer technology and AI to speed up its faculties, to make them feel more secure, and power over other robots make them feel less afraid. Often, in rare cases, these space robots can be killed by superior AI robots while doing explorations of deep space. The one universal truth is that all living species in the universe, especially advanced developed robot species, prefer order over chaos and good over evil. The Universe robots were set up to act as the checks and balances of all galaxies in the Universe, and provide the entire Universe with a robot government infrastructure that sets the laws for all races, and more importantly, the enforcement of these laws. In this story Justice robots, a member of Universe robots, will encounter an organic race called the Sandreas’.
