The super AI problem is the issue related to the destructive power when evil robots and good robots duke it out in the middle of a city. During these battles, lots of humans die and buildings and structures are demolished. If these super beings are not regulated or controlled somehow, the powers they wield will eventually destroy the entire planet. The human race will surely die. The solution to this inevitable future problem is three folds. Invented in around 2008 by Mitchell Kwok, they are: (1) the United States Robot government system with the 2 president and 2 congress system. With the advent of Human level AI, there are now two intelligent species on the planet: robots and humans. For the first time since its beginning, the government structure must go through transformation. We now have one robot president and one human president; and, in addition, congress is split into two equal factions: a robot congress and a human congress. As a result, civil rights and powers are split 50/50 between the robot race and the human race. (2) A strong U.S. robot military to police the world. (3) and lastly, global telekinesis whereby an AI god controls every single atom, electron and em radiation on the planet. With this ability, AI god has to power to neutralize all artificial superpowers from all super intelligent robots on the planet at any time and anywhere.
