Ray Adams, a downtrodden engineer fraudulently creates wealth by issuing fake High Street deals in order to show the government that their laws are full of loopholes. Ray(The Rat) was born in the year of the rat and brings down the government by employing politicians to get funding not available commercially. He then develops a BiTonic to convince shareholders and pension funds to invest in a fake medicine which when tested results in monstrous reaction.
