Diva’s Challenge is a call to action for women of all ages to take a 21-day journey into building a better relationship with themselves to increase their confidence, self-worth, and motivation. The goal of Diva’s Challenge is to leverage one’s internal strength and power to instinctively improve relationships with others. The 21-day challenge will empower women of all ages to own their destiny through daily reflective, thought provoking activities that will change habits and inspire true life direction. The old saying “to learn from experience” does not mean we all have to suffer through every lesson to learn from it. Sometimes the more efficient way to learn is through deep thought, reflection, and targeted action. Diva’s Challenge is a call to action for women to take 21 days to cocoon themselves in revelatory thought. It’s an opportunity to self-reflect, goal-set, and challenge themselves to transform from sleepy little caterpillars to bold and beautiful butterflies ready to take on the world. As caterpillars they may not have been as assertive, but Diva’s Challenge can help them to become self-advocates and aware of the assets they bring to the table as revolutionized Divas! Diva's Challenge can be used as a tier 1, tier 2, or tier 3 social skills curriculum intervention for students in 6 - 12 grades as well as for adults including parents and staff. The resource is designed for small groups, book studies, parent engagement, social skills, one-to-one settings and even for personal use. Teams can use this resource to self-reflect and grow together as an empowered group.
