This book is for people who did not over think it and were ready…until something happened. Until someone forced you down a road you did not choose despite the existence of free will, self-determination, and sovereignty. This is a journal for people who know freedom is not always reached; nor is it always given or gained. Our texts are for those that know circles and half circles, or circles that form into petals and figure eights. Not all things are set in stone; hence some people know not to throw stones – unless they do not live in glass houses. Sticks and stones may break my bones, but words with never hurt me. Despite this some can't resist but to complain about words, rather than one's actions. We are not children of the corn, but of the stone - he said. Will it be herstory in the end? Are our realities set in white stones, red blood, black permanent marker or nothing at all? What about our identity? We change hats and some of the boxes they ask us to check off. How are you? How is your image? What image? – what we want people to believe we are, or who we really are? I am who I am on Monday, but on Tuesday or Thursday I may be a different way depending on the day. Circumstances and situations sometimes change us – after all why wait until the water boils...or for some runs dry. Every day is a blank page Our to do’s and concerns carry over from year to year. This text leaves space to record our concerns even when it was never our standards that were the problem. Many of our problems are tied to people who have names. The expression, “our problems follow us” means our problems actually have legs. Is it more important to forgive or forget. Forget said the author, if you can't forgive. Do we believe we can design our lives forwards or backwards? Since we are on the topic, not an unwise creed to do both and see which one seems more probable and which one more possible. But the bigger question is why sometimes you do not get the same results. Numbers are a universal language. Is Freedom to compute the binary code; the same as Freedom of Religion? Where is your God? In Government or Religion? On Broadway… We can aim for the possible, despite the probable. Yet, why not plan for both? When you look into the crystal ball, will you choose to lock or unlock your future? When focused, but not always the only director…nor the lone author of the manuscript...am I locked in, or out?
