Perigee 2

This second issue of Perigee opens with the first words that anyone has ever heard from the mysterious stranger known as Stump. And from there, the proverbial floodgates are opened. Just as Rose, the unassuming young psychology student that was only recently assigned to Stump's case, was prepared to abandon what presumed to be nothing less than a veritable threat to her sanity, something happened. A strange panel begins to shimmer and the threshold of reality blurs as Stump relates the terrible tale of his upbringing... and his inevitable downfall.
