Over 40, Over Educated, and Underemployed

This article/book will show that underemployment of the highly educated is one of the reasons for the much publicized declining unemployment rate; that the education system is turning out more graduates than there are jobs; that modern technology and automation has helped employers eliminate thousands of qualified workers; that age discrimination is real; that downsizing and outsourcing are also a another major factor contributing toward the creation of a new subgroup in the nation, "The Affluent Poor."
