FLASH KO : The Boxing Game

FLASH KO is a fast, cinematic boxing game where every roll feels like a punch and every round tells a story. Using just two six-sided dice, a token, and a simple track, FLASH KO captures the flow of a real bout: early feeling-out rounds, sudden knockdowns, bloody momentum swings, and tense decisions on the cards. Each round is three exchanges. Each exchange is a tiny story beat. Win enough of them, and the round – and the fight – are yours. Instead of complex stats, each boxer has only two levers: an Inside Threshold that turns tight wins into Staggers and Knockdowns an Outside Margin that turns big gaps into Cuts and Control Hits Momentum slides back and forth along the track, making it easier or harder to steal exchanges, set up KDs, or trigger that rare, explosive Flash KO (a perfect 6 vs 1 when you already have the edge). Damage adds up through Knockdowns and Cuts; hit 6 TKO Points and the fight is stopped. If nobody is finished, the three exchanges per round stand in for three judges’ scorecards to decide the winner.
