Leading a Design Firm

This course helps leaders and project managers understand what they must bring to their role, the industry skills and personal characteristics. Conversely, they also explore common limitations, so proactive managers will work with, and include team members who can compensate for those weaknesses and round out the team. Experience gives us clear indications of what should be done to successfully lead a firm, including architectural and construction firms. But with hundreds of design and building enterprises being established each year, it might be a good idea to look at how they can also succeed in business.
