The Ancient Manuscript

Suddenly, lightning flashed across the sky and thunder roared. After a moment, it stopped. All of them thought that it was going to rain. When they looked back at the ground, they saw something peculiar. The trees and plants were swaying to and fro with great force because of a strong wind. This continued for several moments. Then, all of a sudden, a huge wall of fire appeared before them. It was about thirty metres from where they stood. They looked to both sides and found that it formed a perfect square. This dazzled them. As they kept staring at it, the wall of fire slowly faded away, and a beautiful one-storey house appeared...
