One-act stage satire. A referendum is to be held on the question of Britain's EU membership. The Cabinet is split; with some prominent figures campaigning to remain, and others to leave. But where is the elusive Home Secretary, Tereza Beria? They seek her here, they seek her there, those journalists seek her everywhere; simply to ask which camp she is in and why she is not on the stump? BBC correspondent Jane Reith visits Tereza’s private Home Office press bunker and entices her to reveal a Soviet grandmaster strategy which balances leadership ambition with surveillance ops against potential future rivals and radical Brexiteers.
