Preface
If you are opening this book right now, there is something I want to tell you first: You did not arrive here by accident.
This book is not here to teach you anything, not to give you answers, and not to tell you how to live. It is simply a collection of traces left by someone who walked through the depths and came out the other side.
When I wrote these words, I wasn’t imagining a reader, nor was I imagining the future. I was simply trying to find myself again through language.
Some experiences cannot be explained, some pain cannot be described, some silence cannot be translated. And yet they still need an outlet— a place that can hold them.
This book is that place.
It is not complete, not grand, not perfect. It is simply honest.
If, while reading, you feel that certain sentences are speaking to you, it is not because I know your story, but because each of us is finding our own way through the depths of life.
When I wrote these words, I did not know where they would lead me. I was simply taking one step at a time— out of darkness, out of silence, out of fracture— until one day, I could finally say:
I am here.
If this book can accompany you for even a short stretch of your path— a page, a moment, a single breath— then it has fulfilled its purpose.
May you find, in these pages, your own light, your own rhythm, your own way of being.
And may there come a day when you can gently, steadily say to yourself:
I am here.
