Basic Conga Lessons Introduction

Welcome to Basic Conga Lessons Introduction! There is a lot of information on the internet on how to play various aspects of Conga Rhythms. Different hand techniques, different rhythms and patterns, but there is very little information on real on-going lessons for Congas. That is what this book is all about. We start from very basic techniques and slowly work our way to various more demanding rhythms. We will discuss various hand techniques, show left and right hand patterns, drums sounds and of course Conga rhythms (or patterns). We will show the various rhythms using real musical notation. Each lesson starts with four warm ups to help with practicing the various hand techniques and rhythms. Then shows the particular Conga rhythm technique broken down and complete. Please be aware these are all basic patterns and there are usually many variations on each rhythm.
