Gracemary

Another of my "grampa writes" stories in which I send a chapter a day to my grandchildren. Gracemary has every reason to be glum because her life in the Great Depression is so sad. But she triumphs over her adversities when she tries to make a sad lady on a train that passes her house every day, happy. And not only does that change her life, but it also changes lives of those around her.
