Why is it that we spend a lifetime thinking about what happened yesterday and worrying about the next day? In the story the washing machine represented yesterday, the dryer represented the next day and the door, well that was opportunity. When God gives you a vision, He also give you the power and authority to act on it, but when the door of opportunity presents itself, we can't get through the door; much less open it. Why? Because we are thinking about our yesterday and worrying about the next day. My brother in Christ and I have a saying from the Bible that we love to say and that is "TAKE NO THOUGHT". Matthew 6:34 says,
"Therefore take no thought for the morrow: for the morrow shall take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient unto the day is the evil thereof".
