A Time to Heal
A Personal Spiral-bound Journal - A Minimalist Journal for Daily Thoughts and Reflections
Usually printed in 3 - 5 business days
(This version has a watercolor cover of an original piece of kuroton art. A journal by the same name with an image of the original cover has also been published on Lulu. This has been made to provide a different option for those who want the journals but not in the original kuroton design.)
A Moment in Time series:
A Moment in Time
A Time to Pause
A Time to Heal
A Time to Cherish
A Time to Try
This third journal, A Time to Heal, is a spiral-bound, lay-flat, softcover thoughtfully designed journal for everyday writing or sketching. Unlike the earlier two, this one has dotted pages in a comfortable 6″ × 9″ format. It’s easy to use whether you’re journaling in the morning, sketching, or capturing ideas as they come.
Healing is a journey. The causes of pain may be strained or broken relationships, the loss of a job, a pet or a loved one, a debilitating illness or a betrayal. Coming to accept the inevitable, being able to move on, saying goodbye and recovery all take time. The fight is in the mind. There will be good days, so-so days, bad days. Take your time. Feel. Heal.
The cover is an image of an original piece of 'kuroton' leaf-weaving by a local artist in Okinawa, Japan. Designed for writers, students, and anyone who enjoys slowing down with pen and paper, this journal offers space for one to express one's thoughts. One-liners suggest something to think about or possibly do but are not prescriptive. Date the pages as you wish.

About the Author
The author rediscovered her love for writing at a later time in life and realized that it is still not too late to realize her dreams. Writing (by hand as opposed to typing) enabled her to process her thoughts and feelings, dig deep within herself to find treasures that needed to be ‘unearthed’, pain that needed to be released, views that needed to be changed, thanks that needed to be uttered, positions that needed reconciliation, and finally a direction that was truly hers.
