Il Bosco Incantato (ensemble)

1) for Accordion & Quintet/Strings Orchestra 2) for Accordion Quintet/Orchestra (ENG) "Il bosco incantato" is a piece written for accordion with loose basses that elaborates a melody created for the exhibition curated by Marco Goldin - to whom the piece is dedicated - "Munch e lo Spirito del Nord" (2011) on the famous painter Edward Munch. The title recalls the painting "The Enchanted Forest" from 1903. After some time, this arrangement for string quintet and accordion was written which aims to maintain the intimacy of the composition with the noble sound of string instruments. --- (ITA) "Il bosco incantato" è un brano scritto per fisarmonica con bassi sciolti che elabora una melodia nata per la mostra curata da Marco Goldin - a cui il brano è dedicato - “Munch e lo spirito del Nord” (2011) sul famoso pittore Edward Munch. Il titolo richiama il quadro "The Enchanted Forest" del 1903. A distanza di qualche tempo è stato scritto questo arrangiamento per quintetto d’archi e fisarmonica che vuole mantenere l’intimità della composizione con il nobile suono degli strumenti ad arco.
