Yeah, the way he looks and acts, you might as well call him Donald....but that would be wrong. In the early days he was a sort of superhero, but gave that up to become “The Cockeyed Wonder.” SUPER DUCK has enjoyed a long run in the comics, from his first appearance in Jolly Jingles #10, and then 94 issues of his own title (many of which, thankfully, are in the public domain); he is even an occasional character in the modern Archie Comics. His adventures are riddled with laughs and sprinkled with clumsy misfortune – but we love that!
