DNA contains the full blueprint for life—it defines identity, function, and inheritance. Spiritually, when we are “born again” through the blood of Christ, we receive His life, His nature, and His inheritance. Just as natural DNA determines the traits of the body, the Divine Nature Activated by His Spirit determines the traits of the New Creation life within us. This reframes salvation not as mere moral improvement but as regeneration—literally, a re-gening of the individual. Through the blood, our old genome of sin and death is crucified, and His divine genome—His life—is implanted and begins reproducing in us This is why Paul could say, “It is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me” This is what Covenant Blood is all about.
