Life in a quiet upscale town of Columbus, Georgia quickly turns turbulent and deceptive for a real estate agent, Susan Veras, after her father, Michael, concocts a simple plan to sell a pricey mansion to Mark and Esther Balzac, a wealthy couple from New York City.
