The Omegan Wars

The Omegan Wars is a science fiction novel set in Robert Blumetti's Galactic Affairs universe, about a series of wars between two alien species: the Regulans, a genetically engineered species, with militaristic, homogeneous culture, and the Omegans, a dwarfish species who possess a capitalist, multicultural, and universalist civilization, and rules over a diverse alien population. Contact between these two incompatible civilizations can only lead to war and the eventual destruction of one or the other.
