Attorneys always want their clients to keep a diary for the months leading to a divorce trial because the diary of a witness will carry a great deal of weight with the judge. Most clients don’t do this though because carrying a notebook and writing long pages in a diary is the last thing on their mind each day. Now there is a diary with pre-written statements. All the client has to do is check off the answers in each category every day. Each day also offers a notes section for personal notation as well. All the client has to do is fill out the 30 day diary, turn it in to the attorney to be stored in their case file, and then start their next diary. Each diary fits into a back pocket or a purse. The plain black cover offers security by having no outward details.
