One Man's Journey from Yahweh to Wotan

Where one is born largely determines one’s spiritual orientation. Born in Iraq or Saudi Arabia? Muslim. Israel? Judaism. India? Hindu. America or Europe fifty years ago? Likely Christian. So which religion is the right one? We have been led to believe that Christianity succeeded with the Germanic people and those of Germanic descent by way of the efforts of loving missionaries convincing pagan people to accept Christ. We have been taught that the Crusades were prosecuted in the Middle East, largely in an effort to reclaim Jerusalem from the Muslims. The truth is that the pre-Christian organic spiritual beliefs of the Germanic people were usurped by means of violence, the threat of violence, greed, and tyranny. The Crusades included Northern Crusades into Germanic lands to force Christianity on the indigenous people. This work is the result of one fundamentalist pastor’s journey of discovery of the Gods of his ancestors, his rejection of the spiritual orientation he was born into and his return to the faith of his Folk. It examines biblical Scripture, textual criticism, the history of the genesis of Christianity and its growth as a world religion at the expense of the ethnic faith of the indigenous European folk. Robert Lightner graduated with honors from Piedmont Baptist College and Graduate School. His first paternal American ancestor, Johann Leitner, arrived in America from Leipzig, Germany in 1709.
