The Lion and The Tree is a fairy tale which unfolds a conversation between a lion and a tree. One day while out on a stroll through the jungle, the lion inflated with arrogance boasted about his power. He roared his claim of being the king of the jungle. As the lion sought comfort under the tree's shade, the tree gave a lesson in humility to the lion. The tree informed the lion that without trees like itself, he would have no kingdom to rule. The tree also informed the lion of the importance of trees.
